The product will only be exchange if the product received has any defect. You can contact our customer service center by emailing us pictures of defected product firstname.lastname@example.org calling us at +(92) 322 9666474 within 15 days.
Wash, used or damaged outfits will not be exchanged.
In case of lost shipment, customer must inform via email or call with complete order details. We will set an inquiry regarding your claim. If after inquiry, it is confirmed that your claim is valid, then the product will be replaced.
Returning items will be returned at customer’s cost.
